This passenger side pivot-style L-Arm receiver bracket from Miller Industries attaches to the outer crosstubes on Vulcan 896 and 897 Series light-duty wrecker wheel lift assemblies. Also known as a wheel retainer and tire restraint, the L-Arm slides into the angled opening, and the desired position is secured with the bottom side locking pin.
