The hooks and side plates are made from forged alloy steel that is alsoheat treated. This makes the blocks exceptionally durable while keeping them aslight as possible. Each of these sizes will fit a 3/4″ – 7/8″ wireline. Theopening feature permits the insertion of a rope line while the block issuspended from a gin-pole. The side plates on these snatch blocks have beendesigned to eliminate the possibility of a rope jamming.
