This Adapter Kit for the EZ Claw Versa Mount Short Kit is designed forPeterbilt and Kenworth day cab semi tractors with three rear windows. Thesecabs have limited space available for hose and cable support. This adaptercreates a sturdy and flat location to mount the Versa Mount bracket. Like allEZ Claw brackets, this adapter is laser-cut and CNC-bent for precise fit andinstallation. The combination of zinc-plating and a powder-coated finishresists rust and ensures longevity.This kit includes all mounting hardware and installation instructions. The kitalso features the Versa Mount Short bracket which provides 8 of clearance offthe back of the cab. This keeps air hoses and electrical cords from rubbingagainst the back of the cab and also keeps them adequately supported off thecatwalk. The Versa Mount Short bracket is 3″ shorter than the standard VersaMount bracket and accommodates tractors with shorter wheelbases and thosepulling refrigerated trailers.A weatherproof and retractable tensioner is also included in this kit as wellas web slings to attach the hose assemblies to the tensioner. Choose from twocapacities of tensioners. The 25-lb. tensioner typically handles the standard3-in-1 hose wrap of both service and emergency lines as well as the electricalcord. The 30-lb. tensioner can handle a 4-in-1 setup with the addition of asecond power cord for liftgate trailers.
