There are two manually operated one-way checkvalves in a single housing, which holds fluid under pressure in the selectedbrakes. They also provide 2-wheel locking on vehicles with multi-channelanti-lock brake systems (ABS), or 4-wheel lock-up on dual brake systems orvehicles with a single channel ABS.The lock is mounted in a remote location and operated by a cable and knob thatis accessible on the dash.
