The BlackJack21 from Western Sling is a dolly jack positioning system used tomove locked vehicles away from curbs, or to assist in the alignment of disabledautos to rollback beds or conventional wreckers. They are also used extensivelyin the automotive body and repair industry. Their low profile enables them tobe positioned under wheels even with flattened tires. Simply slide theBlackjack21 so that it cradles the tire and pump the foot pedal. The mechanicaljack rack bar will push the rollers together, hence lifting the tire off theground. One or two people can then push the vehicle in any direction with ease.(A minimum of two BlackJack21s must be used either installed on the fronttires or the rear.) Our dolly jack comes with four heavy duty fully swivelingcasters.
