They are a must for securing a vehicle to the forks of an under reach tow truck. Encompassing both the axle of the towed vehicle and the under reach bar and then ratcheting tight secures the vehicle. Supplied with sliding sleeve wear pad. Sold as each piece. Always use safety chains.
